Amanda joined Thompson Family Law in 2010. She practices 100% marital and family law, handling divorces and post judgment modifications. Amanda believes firmly in a problem solving approach to finding a solution for family matters.
She graduated magna cum laude from Southern Illinois University with a B.S. in paralegal studies and a minor in administrative justice. In May 2007, she received her Juris Doctor degree from the Southern Illinois University School of Law where she was an active participate in the mediation clinic. Amanda moved to Florida and was admitted to The Florida Bar in 2007.
Amanda lives in Estero, Florida with her husband, step-children and their two dogs and four parakeets. In her spare time Amanda enjoys reading fictional and inspirational books, walking with her dogs, and preparing Sunday brunches for her family.
